Yes it is enough because r9 290x tdp is 290W but make sure your psu is 80+ certified and your case has good airflow.Oh and make sure your motherboard is Crossfire capable.
Ehh, 2 290xs uses 600 watts, but your other system may use about 150-200 watts. Usually when dealing with AMD cards, I recommend atleast a 1000 watt PSU, unless your doing dual 280s, in which the PSU would be fine.
Also to take note of, your PSU quality is pretty bad, and i would recommend you change brands.

If I recommended CorsairPSUs, i wouldnt be an expert in them. When I say they suck, as in poor capacitors, I am supporting my statement with a lot of people.
