Hi this is what i think to be my final build of my gaming PC. I play a wide variety of games, from basic graphics indie games to hardcore graphics games. (like the binding of isaac -> Titanfall) This PC will maybe be used for streaming in the future as well as maybe adding another 970 card in a year or two.

I have a few questions.

!!!EDIT!!! (added question) Will the Ram work better as 4 X 4gig or 2 X 8?, or is it the same??

Will i be able to overclock the CPU to 4.6 with this cooler?

Will i need additional case fans? Like the 80mm one that i can install onto the VGA card holder?

Is the motherboard good for the price range? i had a fairly hard time deciding on what mobo but ended up going with the most popular

Is the PSU enough for another 970 later?

Are there any parts where a new gen is about to emerge making it worth while waiting for price reductions?

Also let me know if you think any products can be replaced with better ones.

Thanks, I look forward to hearing your thoughts.

Do you think its close? like 850 would be enough? And if so should i pay about the same and get a bronze? or is gold way better?
