This is my first gaming rig. I will mostly use it for gaming and internet. I have a few questions.
Should I get a cpu cooler like the Swiftech H220-X, or a normal fan like Noctua NH-U14S.
Should I get a bigger ssd? What do you normally put on the ssd ther than he operating system? Do you put games on it?
I will probably put 980 sli in a few months, so will this rig support it?
Should I go with 970 sli now or 1 980 now and sli it later?
Thanks

The Noctua should be enough if you don't do extreme overclocking.
If you have the finances, get 1 980 now and SLI it later. Good idea.
I have a 240GB SSD loaded to the brim with my OS and some Steam games. Enormous games like TERA online have to go on my backup 1TB! Anyways, if you're OK with only having a few games on that SSD, that's all you need. Honestly, having the OS on a SSD already makes a world of difference.

Solution
i would get the gtx 970 SLI because less expensive then the gtx 980 SLI and the gtx 980 is bad in performance/price ratio

you really do not need any kind of watercooling here ...just get a good cpu cooler like noctua and phanteks
because less messy and less maintenance

I would go with the NZXT Kraken x61, it has better performance and in my opinion it just looks a heck of alot nicer and cleaner than some big a** cpu fan cooler.

You should not need a bigger ssd. I would just put the os and whatever is important to you on the ssd and everything else on the hdd.

If you have the money I would go with 2 980's in sli because why not?¿
But what kind of monitor(s) are you using because you would be wasting a grand on video cards to play on a crappy monitor setup.

Lastly, this rig will support 2-way sli, but I would get a higher psu maybe 850w?
