windows 8.1 usb boot loading very slow

Hey, I have an aspire xc600 which comes with windows 8 and i wanted to "format" it, so ran acer recovery and reset it o factory but in the end i got an error and i wasnt able boot windows, so i put the windows 7 and 8 on a usb pen, according to a guide on how to install windows on uefi, but when i boot the pen it takes like an hour on the loading screen in either win7 or 8.

CPU:G640
GPU: Intel HD graphics
RAM: 6GB DDR3

Thats what im trying to do, but when i get to the loading of usb it takes around 30min or more to finally load, every next option i pick from the usb either repair or install hangs or takes too long too.
