I have Asus M5A97 and Phenom II X6 1055t. I overclocked my CPU to 3.5ghz using just 4 cores (normally it has 6 cores, but i find it unnecessary for gaming and temp rises so i disabled 2 cores), but my RAM settings are not good i think. I use it on 1333mhz (dual-channel, 2x4). I know how to increase my ram to 1600 mhz, but timings, voltage etc. are not optimized. I need a good explanation and best settings for my setup. Thanks.

I don't know how to send pictures here so i'll write my ram settings according to CPU-Z.

DC Mode : Unganged
NB Frequency = 2500mhz
DRAM Frequency = 668mhz
FSB DRAM = 3:8
CAS Latency (CL) = 8.0
RAS to CAS Delay (tRCD) = 8
RAS Precharge (tRP) = 8
Cycle Time (tRAS) = 20
Bank Cycle Time = 27
Command Rate (CR) = 1T

My RAMs work at 1.5v

I did D.O.C.P. and my ram mhz went up above 1600, so i selected 1666mhz. My current settings are:

DC Mode : Unganged
NB Frequency = 2500mhz
DRAM Frequency = 836mhz
FSB DRAM = 3:10
CAS Latency (CL) = 9.0
RAS to CAS Delay (tRCD) = 9
RAS Precharge (tRP) = 9
Cycle Time (tRAS) = 24
Bank Cycle Time = 33
Command Rate (CR) = 1T

Is my setting okay ? Are these settings the best ?

So i think my current setup is okay and my RAMs work at their full capacity i think. I don't need to OC ram, what i wanted to do is just make sure if i'm running my RAMs at their full capacity or not. I read a lot of confusing things, different timings like 7-7-bla bla and 1.65v thing. I know how to OC my CPU etc. but i don't have any idea about RAM's timings. I also saw many different "FSB Dram" values in web, still i'm suspicious :D

One interesting thing is, when i do an auto overclock, my stutter in games are reduced (almost zero). And i see my ram clocked at "1256mhz" or something near that, not even 1333mhz. It could select something like 1400's mhz like 1456 mhz, but it just more downclocked, i don't know why. M5A97 (not R2.0) is an interesting-confusing mb but it is also amazing. If there's nothing more to do for my RAM setup, thanks for the quick answers :)
