Gigabyte GA-H97M-D3H Is Good. Gigabyte makes good ultra durable motherboards. Good 3+1 power phase design. All solid capacitors, UEFI bios which s needed for new GPT disks and this GPT disks are required for upcoming Windows 10. Great motherboard and it also fulfilling your condition.

The Gigabyte one has 6 sata ports and Asus had 4. Gigabyte has 6 x USB 3.0/2.0 ports (4 ports on the back panel, 2 ports available through the internal USB header)
8 x USB 2.0/1.1 ports (2 ports on the back panel, 6 ports available through the internal USB headers)
And Asus also have same USB ports configuration. Overall Gigabyte is good.
