Hello, dont know much about software....i reset my laptop dell inspiron 1525 to factory settings....im trying to download microsoft office professional 2010. Error message: Setup unable to complete due to following errors: To install and use this product, you must be running one of the following operating systems: x86 platform ro x64 platform. I dont get it, I had it before, how can i get it back? Help!

It requires "Windows Vista with Service Pack 1 (SP1)"

If this is a new/refreshed install, you have to do the upgrade to SP1 first.
