i have been playing games on laptop recently uptil now .the reason was i was a student .now that i am done with my study .i want to play latest games on optimal setting .i am using a 27 inch monitor that gives resolution of 1920* 1080 . also please advise if i should go with amd machineary or intel machineary in my cpu and video cards etc ? thank you for your consideration and ideas .

Please refer to http://pcpartpicker.com/ to help you out. This site will do wonders for you, and ensures that all parts are compatible. People are a little bit biased when it comes to CPUs/GPUs etc. Doing a little bit of research will go a long way! But that said, AMD CPUs have more bang for your buck, while Intel CPUs have better quality for a bit more money.
