That's the build I'm going to buy and build. I was just wanting to make sure there were no compatibility issues with any of the parts and that everything will fir comfortable in the case I chose.

Also that is the very peak of my budget so I don't really want upgrades, just maybe smarter choices.
If you have any suggestions let me know! Thanks!

Solution
that case is HUGE so it will fit everything no problem. cooler will easily fit. case can handle 170mm heatsink and the evo is 160 mm.

no worries there. the case is big enough for a lot more than oyu have :D

honestly for the money this is just as solid of a build. the performance of the 980 over the 970 is not worth the extra cash. the motherboard is hugely expensive unless you are going for a pro level overclock which the cooler suggest you are not. so saving almost $300 here is a different way to go.

the power supply is lower power and more than enough unless you think you will sli the 970 later on. then the 750w g2 you picked would be a better way to go. non sli, then the one i picked is plenty.

Thanks for the advice!

So you're confident everything will fit into that case? That's my biggest concern because I've ran into that issue in the past and it was depressing lol.
