Asus Strix GTX 960 fan issue?

Hello! I just built a computer yesterday and today I am installing drivers and what have you. Initially I did a test boot outside of the case to make sure everything was functional. With that test boot my graphics card powered on and both fans spun. While installing drivers today I happened to open the case to see that only ONE of my fans is spinning. Is this normal or do I have a defective product? Is there a reason that yesterday both fans spun on boot and now only one is spinning?

Right but one spinning at very little load is OK? WHen I start gaming will I be relieved and see 2 spinning? I dont want to RMA this card:( This has been my biggest fear.

Downloading Steam right now.. Ill let you know how it goes. I know this card has the 0dB feature. Im fine with no fans spinning. The fact that I only saw one spin worries me. I have ZERO experience with any graphics cards besides the one I had in my laptop, but of course I could not see it. Maybe someone with this particular card will chime in.. Asus Strix GTX 960.

I just played a full hour of Dota 2 with everything on and I got them both to spin. Thank you for enlightening me!
