I'm not getting like really bad frame rates, but like stuttering. I usually play CS:GO and I'm getting 150fps easily, but with Bioshock Infinite, I've tried so many things and I keep having these stutters. Today I've installed Guns of Icarus Online. I put everything on high, and it should be performing well with no problem, but I get stutters with this game as well. I was playing with a friend of mine who has an older graphics card, and theoretically my PC should be performing better.

Gigabyte GeForce GTX 770 WindForce OC 2GB
Samsung 840 Evo 250GB
I have done so many Google search sessions trying to solve this, and every time I've given up. I finally had enough money to build a decent PC, but I feel like I wasted it on the wrong graphics card.
