Hello,
I built my PC a few years ago and would like to upgrade it now but not sure where to start, what to change and what to keep. here is my PC info:

Processor: Intel Core i7-2600K
Motherboard: ASUS P8Z68-V PRO
RAM: CORSAIR Vengeance 16GB (4 x 4GB)
Hard Drive:
-SSD CORSAIR Force GT 120 GB (O.S)
-HDD Western Digital 2 TB Caviar Black (Applications & games)
-HDD Western Digital 2 TB Caviar Black (Storage)
Graphic Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560
Case: Cool Master HAF 922
CPU Fan: Cool Master Hyper 212 EVO
Power Supply: -Cool Master GX 750W

What I need the PC for? Purely gaming and I am always running 2 monitors and would love to make it also handle gaming+streaming

thank you for any tips

thank you for your answers
I am searching for the GTX 970 and I have a quick question
there are multiple GTX 970s, so what exactly is the different between EVGA GeForce GTX 970, ASUS STRIX-GTX970, Gigabyte GeForce GTX 970, and MSI GTX 970?

In what land is it invalid? The 970's value has not been seen in quite sometime and you think another one is going to come out of the water than beats it by far? Haha yeah right. That means AMD is going to have to bring out a card that is better than the 980 but for about $280. Yeah seems legit.

You can also get an R9 290X for as low as $290, both this or the 970 will perform very well. Another upgrade you might consider is an SSD, since your CPU is fine especially if overclocked.

Not too much. Just clock speeds and different cooling ideologies. They're all great choices but the Asus is my favorite followed by the MSI.
