Hey guys, I am in the market for a budget cooler for this build:

I may slightly overclock (to maybe 4GHz, not exactly a power user)
I am already over budget, so I was wondering if the DeepCool Gammaxx 300 is somewhat around the hyper 212 EVO in cooling power for the 20 bucks the Gammaxx will set me back.
I live in Canada so I can not get the Hyper 212 EVO for 20 bucks, unfortunately.
So, what do you think?
