My PC SPEC:
Gigabyte ga 78lmt usb3
FX 6300 processor
R7 250 1GB DDR5
In motherboard site it says "Support for 1333+ (O.C.)/1066 MHz memory modules"
Also please specify a good RAM for my PC Thanks in advance

Solution
The memory controller is in the CPU, and this supports RAM up to DDR3-1866.
The earliest AM3 CPUs supported only DDR3-1066 and this seems to be what the motherboard specs are based on.
The memory support list is different again, listing DDR3-1600 modules as supported and faster modules even that will be downgraded to DDR3-1600:

I'm pretty sure DDR3-1600 should work fine with this CPU and motherboard.
