I don't know what's going on help please

Ok, it started when I was playing csgo with my friends. I was just playing and all the sudden my pc restarted, like complete black screen no warning. Then I resigned in and continued playing. I played like 1 or 2 matches with taking BREAKS in between, I then watched a tv show at 8oclock, I got back on my pc at 9ish, I then started playing csgo again, halfway through the match it restarts again, then I start it back up and before I open steam it restarts again. I then press the power button and the monitor doesn't display picture, it then shuts down again. I then press the power button and nothing comes on, the power button only has light. I think it could be a overheating problem but I have no clue, I just bought all these parts in June 2014. As you can see I am stressed by this horrible typing, please help me. I will try to get back in the pc later tonight, to let it rest I clickd off the button on the PSU

I would guess the PSU is going bad. It is a poor quality unit anyway and should be replaced with a good one ASAP. Antec, XFX, Seasonic, EVGA (G2,B2) are what you want.

No, there is no way to be sure, but that is a solid bet for sure and you should replace the PSU with a quality one anyway.

What are the CPU and GPU temps under load?

Gpu is like 64 degrees Celsius and CPU never checked. I am reading up on the psu failure and it sounds right, but so does the CPU overheating to.

Check the CPU temps. If it is too hot, then fix that, but if not it is likely the PSU, which should be replaced anyway.

Ok it is booted up and is looking fine, cpu temp is 31 degrees celcius and gpu is 39 degrees celcius. This is being typed from my pc, how do i check if psu is failing? Like from my pc, if i can

You cannot just check if it is failing. The PC won't tell you.

Run a game and tell me what the MAX CPU temp hits after a few mins.

I would replace that poor quality PSU.

That is wrong. No chance. It should be WAY hotter than that. 34c is idle temps.

What program are you using?

If you're using Core Temp I found it always gave me the wrong temperature reading on my AMD CPU.

ALso, I'm still pretty sure this is a PSU issue. BUT even if it is not you should replace it anyway.

See if you can borrow one of your friends PSU's for a test, if the problem is solved after the switch then there's your problem. If it continues it'd be another component.

It is fine right now, my cpu temp is 51 degrees celcius, it has been running for about a hour

Yup did it again, I'm gonna switch psus tomorrow. Any to recommend? If it isn't the problem what is the next guess?

XFX, Seasonic, Antec, EVGA (G2/B2 models) all make nice quality PSU's.

Could you link me a good one? Doesn't really mater the price range just under a hundred(xfx please), and the cords I have plugged into my computer already, do they need to be taken out or can I just use the cords I have for the new psu?

if your PSU was fully modular and you bought a new fully modular PSU then you may have the option just to swap PSU's leave the cord (in you don't want to redo cable management). However, if you currently have a Semi/Non modular PSU then you will have to redo the cables.
