Hey there, Fizzy_Amp!

I'd suggest to check in Device Manager and re-install or update your Graphics card drivers, make sure everything is up-to-date.
You can check for updates on those on your motherboard manufacturer's website, just type in your model number and find the drivers needed for your system.

Hope this helps. Keep me posted! :)

Almost in a month, but thanks for replied. I still have this issue right now and unsolved. For your answer, i re-install drivers at many times. You worked WD, that i have a same hard drive. If i formatted on this hard drive that cause display problem became to permanent? Was it damaged or i would need buy another?

Oh hey there again, Fizzy_Amp!

I'm so sorry to hear about your WD drive then. The best thing to do now is to test the drive using Data LifeGuard Diagnostics. This tool will let you know what is the HDD's health and S.M.A.R.T status.
Here's a link to the software: http://products.wdc.com/support/kb.ashx?id=dUldgF
Here's a link to our Knowledge Base that explains how to test it: http://products.wdc.com/support/kb.ashx?id=xheX3N
Make sure you run the extended test as well as the quick test.

Let me know what are the results, so we can find out what the problem is! :)
