CPU Cooler: Hyper 212 Evo - $25
Motherboard: ASUS Z97-AR - $150
RAM: Kingston HyperX Fury Black series 8 GB (2x4GB DDR3-1866) - $72
HDD: WD Caviar Blue 1TB-7200RPM - $50
GPU: ASUS STRIX GTX 970 4GB - $330
PSU: ANTEC HCG-750M - 80$
Case is your preference really. You could look at the Fractal R4 or the more expensive NZXT H440 in your color preference. PC Part Picker is down right now hence It's unlikely people will provide a build lol.
I'd say don't buy the Hyper 212 Evo CPU cooler right now and wait for the Cryorig H7 to release. It's the same price but better cooling.
EDIT: Did you need a Windows copy? If so I'll wait for PC Part Picker to adjust the build.
