I am planning to build my first gaming rig but i am confused between two motherboards msi 970 gaming and asus m5a97 r2.0 my specs are
amd fx 6300
Msi twin frozr gtx 750ti 2gb oc
8 gb corsair vengeance
Please help

Chill man... No Problem... Get the ASUS board because it is the leading motherboard manufacturer. I have used ASUS mobo in one of my builds in 2009. Till now it is in good working condition.

M5A99FX PRO is expensive but it has very good overclocking capability... If you are an extreme overclocker, get the M5A99FX PRO or else M5A97 r2.0 will be sufficient for you.
