Hello! I am in need of help from experts here on tom's

I currently have this little "gaming" rig. Not actually gaming since I don't have dedicated GPU.

CPU: Pentium G3258
RAM: Kingston HyperX Fury white 4 GB
MBO: Asrock H81M-HDS
PSU: Energon EPS-650W

Currently I am using Intel HD graphics card but this week or next I'm gonna buy used GPU ( sadly can't afford a new one )

The question is, will my PSU Energon EPS 650W be sufficient for cards like HD 6950 or HD 7850?
This is the link for that PSU

I plan to upgrade my PSU in next 3 months to a CX 430 or 500.

I found really cheap XFX Double D 6950 and am considering buying it. What card would you recommend to me ( there are few options I have in mind, HD 7850, HD 6950 and HD 7770 although for extra 20-30$ I can buy the 6950/7850 instead of 7770? I plan to upgrade this Pentium to an i5 later this year so don't look at the possible bottleneck, because when I buy this GPU I will have it until it dies.

I completely understand you but instead of getting a low end card why not upgrade the psu and get a mid card. Among the cards that you mention 7850 will give you better gaming experience that will work...

The thing is I need a dedicated gpu since Intel HD graphics are pretty bad for games I play. Like I said I would upgrade my PSU asap, just wanted to ask you guys will this psu I have currently supply enough power for this card I'm going to buy and the rest of my PC.

Base on the packaging of your psu, it can handle 7850. But i don't recommend it. look at this link and read the comment:

Upgrade the psu then upgrade gpu
