Approximate Purchase Date: May/June/July

Budget Range: £800. £850 (only if the performance difference is significantly better)

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, Watching YouTube/Twitch, Internet

Are you buying a monitor: No

Parts to Upgrade: N/A

Do you need to buy OS: Yes

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Has to be from overclockers uk (they were recommended and also offer decent warranty), don't worry about the shipping price if using part pickers, the max the shipping should cost is £13.50 for everything together so just subtract the total shipping cost and add £13.50, i can then choose from that.

Location: London, UK

Parts Preferences: Intel CPU

Overclocking: No (If the motherboard that can be overclocked costs the same as the motherboard that can't be overclocked then get the one that can be overclocked)

SLI or Crossfire: No

Your Monitor Resolution: I'm using my tv and i can't find the exact resolution but it's 720p, will be upgrading it to a 1080p tv (latest of February 2016)

Additional Comments: I will need a wireless networking card (PCI-E) with 300mbs, I will also need a wireless keyboard/mouse and also a mouse pad. The case colours need to be either Black/Black or White/White.

Solution
Looks good. Doesn't really stick to a colour theme, though. One thing you could change is the motherboard. The z97 is unnecessary as you're not overclocking. It's also a very cheap Z97 board that could DOA. I'd recommend the Z97S KRAIT SLI(MSI) or Z97X-SLI(Gigabyte) if you want a Z97 board OR get a H97 Pro4 (AsRock)

When i've been looking around if i were to get it all from the cheapest places overclockers was only like £40 more, so i'm basically paying £40 for convenience and also decent warranty (lowest time on warranty was 2 years, main components had 3-5 years). + the shipping price on part picker makes it out like i'm ordering each piece separately (which i'm not) so that adds and extra what like £60-£80 to what i'd actually be paying, and some prices on part picker aren't exactly up to date to what the prices on the website are, for example the avexir core series 2x4gb 1600 are £49.99 on overclockers but £65.99 + another £8.70 for shipping on part picker.

Best I could do while sticking to a colour theme. Totals up to £850, without OS. The reason I didn't include OS is because I'd recommend getting SteamOS for free.
You can get any decent wireless adapter for ~£10

I didn't add a CPU cooler since you aren't overclocking. If you decided to in the future you could easily add a hyper 212 or something for 30 quid.

Chose a mobo with built in wifi as I haven't had good experience with adding cards, maybe its just me though :p
