Windows 8.1 Constant BSOD

Recently I have been getting an abundance of BSODs while doing various tasks, I assumed it was a virus since I was unable to run my AV (bitdefender, aswell as Malwarebytes). I tried running a sfc /scannow which said it fixed some corrupted files but after that I just got even more BSODs so I tried re-installing windows, I can now run my AV and the BSODs are much less frequent, but they still occur which is really irritating. I have tried just about everything I could think of, to no avail, so here's to hoping you guys can help me address the problem. (i have run a windows memory test with no errors)
The latest crash was not too long ago (about 15 minutes from writing this post) while using "Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool 64bit" to test my CPU. It seems to occur mostly when i'm on cpu intensive tasks, so I wanted to test my CPU, but of course it crashed.
Here are all the crashes that I encountered since my re-install.

Solution
first bugcheck was a double fault. (fault handler hit its own fault)
second bugcheck was illegal page fault
third bugcheck ATTEMPTED_EXECUTE_OF_NOEXECUTE_MEMORY
forth bugcheck was a bad address use by a USB driver
the last was another bad address passe to a driver

- I would be looking to do a malwarebytes scan, then a sfc.exe /scannow
if you get any error that are not repaired run the command
start cmd.exe as an admin then run
dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

this will go to a trusted source (microsoft) and fix any corrupted windows files.
be sure to reboot and run sfc.exe /scannow again, sometimes malware undoes the fixes by the time you reboot.
- I would reset update the BIOS or reset it to defaults
- I would run...

Will try over night. Hopefully it's just a faulty stick and I can replace it, want my computer back to normal function.

After letting memtest run overnight i completed 7 passes and 56% on the 8th with no errors, so it's not the memory.

Update:
Ran an Intel CPU test which passed:

first bugcheck was a double fault. (fault handler hit its own fault)
second bugcheck was illegal page fault
third bugcheck ATTEMPTED_EXECUTE_OF_NOEXECUTE_MEMORY
forth bugcheck was a bad address use by a USB driver
the last was another bad address passe to a driver

- I would be looking to do a malwarebytes scan, then a sfc.exe /scannow
if you get any error that are not repaired run the command
start cmd.exe as an admin then run
dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

this will go to a trusted source (microsoft) and fix any corrupted windows files.
be sure to reboot and run sfc.exe /scannow again, sometimes malware undoes the fixes by the time you reboot.
- I would reset update the BIOS or reset it to defaults
- I would run memtest86 to confirm the BIOS memory settings are correct and the RAM is ok. (looks like you did this)
- I would confirm I have no CPU overclocking or GPU overclocking and the temps are ok. (fans working)
