Can any of the "non-USB 2.0 ports" on a laptop be used to connect USB 3.0 devices and get the super speeds? I understand that the USB 2.0 ports are not an option. What about HDMI, Ethernet, etc. ports? I'm very apprehensive about opening the Toshiba A660 laptop case to install a "card."

It appears that laptop has an ExpressCard slot.
