Computer stuck at motherboard splash screen.

Hello, my computer was running fine yesterday and I turned it off as normal but when I turned it on today it got stuck at the motherboard splash screen. I can get to the Bios but that doesn't really make much sense to me. I have checked and its not my RAM and i'm not sure what else to do.

My Specs are:
Mobo: Gigabyte Z87-HD3
CPU:Intel i7 4770k (No oc)
GPU: GTX 760
PSU: Corsair CXM 750W
RAM: 8GB DDR3
OS: Windows 7

Check that the drives are attached and both data and power cables are secure, also check all the other power connections
Clear the CMOS. (pull the button battery and wait 5 minutes). Then try

If CMOS reset doen't help may want to bench it to rule out a short (and easier to work with cables and all), have a guide that may help here:
