Good 1080p high refresh rate / response time monitor?

Hi, I am thinkng of getting a high refresh rate monitor, now I have a gtx 970, and it can run most games well above 60fps at 1080p, and I don't want to go to 1440p, ao can anyone recommend a good high refresh rate 1080p monitor? Possibly G-sync too?? Not a requirement for me though

With the 144 Hz monitor, the colors should look better as it has a higher brightness and a higher contrast ratio.

EDIT: Nevermind on asus's website it says it's TN. Is that why this one is around 100$ less than the ones you suggested?
