I dont have sewing machine oil, but I have vavle oil and gun cleaning oil. I know your not supposed to be using wd40. Im using this oil to oil the bearings of my gtx 760 fan
Most fans have bearings that do not require any oil. In some instances oiling will ruin a bearing. WD40 is a water dispersant, not a lubricant as you stated.
Do not use any oil to lubricate fan bearings. (Some of them have 'oilite' bearings which are sintered bronze oil impregnated; need no lubrication.
Nothing in the service manuel is telling me to oil, i just want my fan to be quiet Becausevit is too dang loud. i just want to know what oil to use or if valve oil is okay

Depending on exactly what type of bearing it is, additional oil may may things worse.
Especially if it is not the exact right type of oil.
So what do you suggest For my evga geforce Gtx 760 fan?
That depends on exactly what is making the noise. Is it the actual bearing? How have you verified this?
Did it always make this noise? When did it start?

It is a refurbished card I got as an RMA from EVGA. This noise has been there ever since I put it in my system. I don't know if this is the actual bearing, but I definitely know it is coming from the GPU. I really think oiling the bearings will work to make it quiet. I can upload a video on youtube to show you if you would like.
