I would like intel over amd but if AMD does just a good as Intel but for cheaper then I don't mind.
I need os and wifi adapter. Also, a keyboard, mouse, and headphones but those don't have to be include in the price.

Mouse/keyboard and headphones are personal choices. Along with the case. I picked up the CM Devastator mouse/keyboard combo for like $28. Love the keyboard, didn't care for the mouse, but my gf and kid both like it.
