i7 4930K compatible with G-Skill 8GB Ripjaws X DDR3 2133?

Im looking to buy the i7 4930K Extreme Hex Core CPU and a Gigabyte SKT-2011 X79-UD3 motherboard, however going by pcpartpicker my Ripjaws X RAM isn't compatible with the cpu i think.

Is it really incompatible?

What RJ X - it's either a 1x8GB stick or 2x4GB? Either way they should work *GB stick in single channel, and 2x4GB in dual channel mode - the X79 is a true quad channel mobo so a quad set will provide the best performance - (Tri channel mentioned above will work, but they are few and generally a bit out of date)
