Basically i have the choice to buy one of these systems, however one of them is a little more expensive and i'm not sure if its worth it.

System 1:
CPU: Intel Core i7-4790K 4.0GHz Quad-Core Processor
Motherboard: Asus Z97-A ATX LGA1150
GPU: Asus GeForce GTX 780 3GB DirectCU II Video Card (2-Way SLI)
PSU: Corsair RM 1000W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply

Cost: £906 / $1390

System 2:
CPU: Intel Core i7-4930K 3.4GHz 6-Core Processor
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-X79-UD3 ATX LGA2011
GPU: (Same as system 1)
PSU: (Same as system 1)

Cost: £1255 / $1926

I already have 16GB of G-Skill Ripjaws X DDR3 2133 ram, corsair watercooling and everything else needed.

First build is better, because your not doing triple SLI there is no point in getting Haswell-E.

For single or 2 way SLI, haswell/haswell refresh are better.
