So I am thinking about building my first gaming rig, let me know if I could change anything but don't make it too crazy please because I am on a bit of a budget :)

PS: I do mostly gaming, but some light video editing, nothing major though.

FX8350 (black edition)
GTX 960
ASUS M5A99FX PRO
Corsair CX Series CX750M 750 Watt ATX Modular
Corsiar h100i (I plan on overclocking as much as possible and if I switch over to intel I want to make sure I have a liquid cooler)
Crucial Ballistix Sport XT 8GB DDR3-1600
WD Blue 1TB 7,200 RPM SATA III 6.0Gb/s
NZXT Phantom 410

Thank you in advance for the help :)

That looks ok, but there are a few things that I'm not a huge fan of. I really want an overclockable cpu and a regular atx mobo. Also is 550 watts enough for that?

I like this build a lot more than the other :). One question though, is 550 watts going to be enough? Or should I go safe and get 600?

550w should be enough - a quick calculation says that you will need about 465w as a bare minimum.
