Should I upgrade RAM or CPU first?

no amd cpu is gonna make a big difference but in games that use way more cores which most dont but if you were to get a 8350 some games would improve but your better off saving up to get a better cpu/mobo. you have an enthusiast class card and an entry cpu.for 250 this is your best bet

Alright, I'm very happy for all your responses to my questions. I will return my old CPU+mobo since I just built this computer last month, and I will try to get the parts you recommend me. Thanks again!

when you go to install it dont put the number in in the beginning wait till after its installed then when you go to activate it it will give you an option to do it by phone when it asks how many pc's this is installed on say 0. it should work in the event that it doesnt contact customer support and they will let you move it since you just installed it .
