I was wondering if someone could give me parts on a AMD A6-6400K Richland Dual-Core 3.9GHz build and I'll try to upgrade from there I already have a HDD and a DVD drive my budget would be around $300-$400 and if you could add the OS too so long as it doesn't stray far from the budget

Overall though the X4 860k and a reasonable GPU like the R7 260X is a much better alternative.
You don't really even need to upgrade for a bit, it should run games quite nicely.

All in all worth looking into.
