Need Help with computer

My build is:
MSI Z87 MPOWER MAX
Corsair Vengeance 2x4gb
MSI GeForce GTX 770 2GB TWIN FROZR Video Card
intel i5 4670k
corsair cx600m
nothing is appearing on my screen when I'm connected to the video card with an hdmi and i get debug code a0
when i use the onboard graphics, i get debug code 62.... any ideas?

Have you ever gone into BIOS and set primary display to PCI-E, PEG? Try removing the GPU, reset the CMOS and try the on board graphics, if OK try setting primary video to PEG, PCI-E, save, shut down, install the 770 ensure the PCI-E power connectors are plugged in snug and give it a try

still debug code 62 when i tried that... i couldn't even get anything on the screen

Yep, already reseated the ram and tried every slot with each stick, and even cleared CMOS.
Also I tested every PCI slot along with onboard video and same results.
I'm sorry haha
