I agree with USAFRet that you're not really going to gain anything...but if you want to: couldn't you back up your current SSD drive (which I assume is your system/OS drive) to network storage or an external HDD, install the second SSD, go into the BIOS to set up the RAID array, and then load the image from the backup?
