The thing is that after the the log on the screen become black and that's why the technician call black screen. So I have use a USB recovery disk but the laptop doesn't let me get inside the usb recovery disk only show again the lo gon and after that appear the black screen again, also I have tested the Windows DVD and the same thing. So I am wondering what can I do to get into the repair options to fix the operating system. Also I have disconnect the hard drive and I put it in a usb dock to read the hard drive and see the status of the hard drive and the hard drive is in a good conditions, I have defragmented and scanned it for errors as well. One more thing I have checked the Bios to see if the mother board recognize the units and everything is fine with the units or hard drive. So would you please help me out to resolve this problem?

Dear Sir: I have already tried to install a fresh installation but the laptop doesn't let me to install the windows. I saw the windows logo but when I saw it for a while the laptop turn off by itself and the operating system I tried to install is windows 8.1. Also I would like to remain you that it is an old laptop Asus FR5. Another weird thing is that I have bought the same laptop in ebay and have swap the hard drives, once I have install the hard driver into the laptop that gave me the problem the operating system works but this hard drive has the Windows Vista operating system on it. So please I am waiting for you reply.
