I have come up with this build:

As the title explains, I am looking to find a way to save a bit of money on the build. Maybe just a few dollars here and there, maybe a different, cheaper non-reference card, you get what I'm saying. Just some suggestions on how to save some cash on the build.
P.S. I want a windowed case, so don't suggest a non windowed case.
