i don't know what you have as a cpu, i don't know if you have an overclock on anything.

here...

a 95W a10/athlon IIx4/fx6300/fx8320e will pull down 100W under load, a r7-270 will pull down 120W under load, 2 of them will draw 240W, and the rest of your system will draw around 70W-100W (usually i saw 70, but again i don't know the first thing about your system)

=420W under full load with zero overclock.

now it's rare for a system to draw full power, but i'd say that's cutting it a little close with such a low end cx450. i probably wouldn't feel good about it unless i had a 550W psu.

now if you're running a 125W cpu overclocked heavily with healthy overclocks on those very overclockable r7-265s, you'll probably be looking at closer to 650W psu being the min necessary.
