They're both dx11 cards so it really makes little difference IMO.
I wouldn't consider either of them real gaming cards for new titles,are those 2 the max your budget allows??

Here gtx 660 will cost me around 175$ n ati will cost me 185 $ n listen i have a crossfire mobo too...

those 2 are pretty much the same with the gtx 660 winning by 5-10 FPS depending on the game - but if you want to game on ultra 1080p on newer games, get something stronger like a gtx 770 or r9 280x.

but you can game on those medium-high settings at 1080p or high-very high on 720p

imo get the gtx 660 - 660ti or r9 270x

A what model 270 is available to you??
A 270 is a far better card than the 660 if in budget.
Some models are single 6 pin which should work with a 450w PSU,some of the more expensive factory of models would be pushing it.

as long as your PSU is of good quality and not a generic brand than a 450 watts will be sufficient.

that 265 actually are much older than 660. it was a direct rebrand of 7850 which launch much earlier than 660
