CPU idle temp changes alot

So recently my idle temp go to like 45c or even 50c. When it should be and use to be at 35c and I'm only using about 11% of my CPU ( I have origin open downloading stuff) my CPU is a 4790k my cooler is a hyper 212 evo. It has new thermal paste wich I'm pretty sure is spread correctly what else could it be?

Have you checked to insure all fans are clean and working properly?

Have you moved your PC or bumped it. Sometimes a small bump can disrupt contact between CPU and heatsink and it may need to be reseated.

And it may seem a silly question but is it near a heat source such as a heater vent that may change the ambient environment?
