Try to identify what is making this noise.
It can be the HDD, DVD-ROM, GPU cooler or CPU cooler.

I think that it`s some "feature" in the GPU that runs the fans at 100% at start-up in order to blow any existing dust out of the heatsink.

Just to make sure, open your case, start you PC, and check what component is producing this noise.

Hi there Wolf223,

It is highly possible that your HDD is making this noise until the system fully loads. Though, you will get a clearer picture if you open up the computer casing and turn on the computer.
If the noise seems to come from the HDD, I would advise you to test it with a brand specific testing tool in order to check its health status.

Cheers,

Here is the sound:

This sounds a lot like a spinning fan.
As for the HDD, if your SATA cable is long enough, you can take it out of the computer and turn on the computer. This way you will be sure whether it is the HDD. If it is not, then your data is most probably safe and you will have to check your fans.

Since there`s no image in your video, there`s no way for me to identify where exactly the noise is coming from.
Were you able to isolate any fan or component in your PC that is making that noise?

Did you update any driver/bios before this started happening?

Also, it`s a long shot, but do you have any CD/DVD in your DVD-ROM? - assuming you have one.
