OK, so I recently bought a custom built PC. And it was doing just great until recently it's been not doing so great. I was getting pretty high FPS, then it eventually went down to 60-70, which from what I can understand is normal. But after awhile it would drop down to even 40 and stay at 30. And it would slow down even more and stutter and lag, (Etc etc). Even on the lowest settings, it's still stays at 30.

Motherboard: ASUS Z97-A,
Power Supply: EVGA SuperNOVA 750 G2 220-G2-0750-XR,
Ram: 8GB g-skill DDR3 1600mhz,
Proc: Intel Core i7-4790K at 4.00,
GPU: GTX 970,
Cooling system: Hydro Series H100i for cooling.
