Hi, I had microsoft word 2003 on my computer for some time now, but recently I cannot open it.
First of all When I click on it a oblong box appears called installer. The installer try to install but only goes about half way, then the following error message appears "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable" Can someone advise what is happening here and tell me what has caused it so as to prevent it happening again. I have tried re-insatalling it with the CD but it wont allow me to.. Thank you.
