Window 8.1 crash to black scree while browsing

I just put togther a new pc for like a month. Everythin seems fine, but window crash to black screen when browsing and need a hard reset. never happen while gaming.

i5 4690k
r9 270x
120gb ssd
1tb hdd
8gb ram

anybody got a suggestion?

all my drivers are up to date

check that the bios on the mb is up to date could be missing ram code. make sure in the bios ram xmp profile is on and the ram speed is set right. the last could be bad gpu ram or bad power supply.

my mb is up to date, my ram is runnin at the design speed, and i dont think its my gpu or psu. i noticed the crash happen when i use chrome. i'll switch to firefox and see whats gonna happen
