can i install radeon r7 260x on 450 watts psu

i have Thermaltake Litepower 450W power supply

my ram is 6 gb
cpu is amd a4 3300 (know that this will bottleneck the gpu btw will upgrade soon)
i have currently installed radeon hd 7730 1gb ddr5

i have a 6 pin connector with my gpu

The power itself will be fine but it`s just on the line... AMD`s cards albeit good GPU`s are not very power efficient. I would say upgrade just for safety and if your going to upgrade the cpu and mobo further on then a PSU upgrade will be needed...
