Whether the mother board is of 32(x86) or 64(x64) bit

Hello friends, i want to buy a gigabyte B85M-DS3H Rev1.1 motherboard.
I wanted to know whether it is 32 or 64 bit compatiable, of course i search in the site, but i got confused in the memory specification it shows
* Due to a Windows 32-bit operating system limitation, when more than 4 GB of physical memory is installed, the actual memory size displayed will be less than the size of the physical memory installed.
so i am not sure whether it's of 32 or 64 type!!

and in addition to that i would like to know how to know if a motherboard is of 32bit or 64bit type

no need to worry my friend the board supports both 64bit and 32bit os .. that line you quaoted simply means that if you plan to use a 32bit os (eg windows 7 professional 32bit) then only 4gb of ram will be readable and if you have more than 4gb of ram then you will have to upgrade to a 64bit version of windows to fully utilize the ram ...

And bro one more thing i would like to ask you if you won't mind, how to know if a motherboard is 64 or 32 bit from motherboards build, i mean what component indicate if it's 32 or 64 bit? without the company site's info
