Almost no Write Speed Samsung SSD 250GB

Can anyone help me sort this out, my Samsung SSD practically has no Write to it atall, need some help!

It seems to go up randomly, then go down, sometimes its 30-50, sometimes its 300, it varies.

For example right now i did a test, it was all the way at the recommended bar, then the random iops write drop as its being tested then keeps dropping and the test goes slower then finally stops.

Nothing different in windows loading up or anything, or programs loading up fast, but sometimes takes a while to allocate space to write games on it.

I think it usually happens aswell when i start downloading a steam game, when i try to download a second the allocating space takes forever (like, a minute) whereas the one before could be a larger file to download like 15gb and take a few seconds to allocate space.

yea, i applied that fix but i never suffered from bad read before!
