Hi to any networking experts out there that are reading my thread. I have this weird problem happening to me. When let say I am in a counter strike game or in a skype call, all of my other devices in my house(wi-fi/wired) have already lost connection to the internet however my skype call or game is still unaffected until I stop the call or leave the game. Even though I am still in my game, if i tried opening a new page in the background it will says page can't access/ can't connect to internet. ISP had came over to my house to check and he believe my slave router configuration is the cause of the problem.

Network Setup: Main Router(Modem/Router) connected to 1 Switch(LAN to LAN) and 1 Slave Router(LAN to LAN)
Slave router has a AP(LAN to LAN) connected to it.
xx.xx.1.254 as main router
xx.xx.1.253 as slave router
xx.xx.1.252 as AP

Main Router DHCP xx.xx.1.1-251, DHCP disabled on slave and AP.

Main router wireless setting: Channel 6 , Different SSID , b/n/g mode.
Slave router wireless setting: Channel 6, Different SSID, b/n/g mode.
AP wireless setting: Channel 6, Different SSID, b/n/g mode.

Thanks for reading my thread, Please let me know if you need more information regarding my network. I appreciate any help and sorry for my poor grammar :p

Hi yimmi, thank you for your reply. I took your advice and look up my slave router again, I didn't see any firewall settings or port forwarding setting, however I notice the DNS relay is checked. Should I uncheck that? My WMM (Wireless QoS) is enabled too.

Also, my slave router operation mode is configured as bridge mode. There are gateway mode and WISP mode.
