I am expecting a fractal design define r4 window case which has 2×3.0 front USB ports. But I'm considering MSI 970 gaming motherboard which has only one Internal USB 3.0 Connection. Does this mean that I can utilise ONLY ONE front USB 3.0 port in my case?
My processor is fx6300 and graphics card MSI radeon R9 280.

That's just a notation for people who install a 32 bit version of windows. So long as you're using a 64 bit CPU and install 64 bit windows, you can use however much RAM the board and the OS version support, as long as it's compatible with the hardware standards that the board and CPU support.

In this case, The FX-6300 IS a 64 bit chip and as long as you don't install 32 bit windows, you're fine. If you install 32 bit windows it doesn't matter what hardware you have, it's only going to recognize about 3.5GB of RAM.
Yes, it does mean that. I don't think there are any 970 series boards with two front USB 3.0 headers. There may be a few 990 or 990fx boards that do and if you want I'll find out for you. The other option is that you can get USB 3.0 add in cards for one of the PCIe slots that will give you further USB 3.0 headers to use with your other ports, or just get a hub and use just the one.

Thanks for your swift reply. Do they support 64bit processor /windows, I asked this because when I was reading the specs for ga 990x and 990fx gigabyte motherboards I saw this: " Due to a Windows 32-bit operating system limitation, when more than 4 GB of physical memory is installed, the actual memory size displayed will be less than the size of the physical memory installed."
