I keep getting this BSOD and I'm not sure what else to do.

Along with the crash, in the top left hand corner I noticed it says different things. It has said either win32.sys or something or it'll say ntfs.sys.

I have tried system restoring, chkdsk, switching the ram (only 2 slots-this is my computer we built from scraps at school.

There has been a fellow classmate of mine that recently made himself enemies of me and a couple I others. Because of his ego and short tempor he has done many things including stealing parts from me. I wouldn't doubt for a second this is his doing.

So what else can I do? Also what could have been done by the user to have caused this?

Solution
Sounds like parts of the OS may be corrupt.

You should consider also running sfc /scannow from a command prompt with administrative priviledges. This will take a look at all the essential Windows files and if any are damaged or missing it will attempt to replace or fix them. You may also want to have your OS cd handy in case it prompts for you to insert it.
More information in regards to how to do this can be found HERE.

If that doesn't help, pull one stick of ram and see if it continues and vice versa. If it still occurs, attempt to get one stick of known good ram, install it, and see if issue follows.
