Hers my build: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/q7FkmG

Also notice that at the bottom theres a custom part. That the HDMI capture PCI/E card.
This build has no GPU as it is not needed and an ok cpu for encoding the video for broadcast to twitch. The only thing the hardrive needs to have on it it the OS and OBS for broadcast.

Please let me know what you guys think.

I would probably want an SSD, for your recording and streaming, over a very slow HDD. Do not need the Z97 board. Go with the H97 version. CX PSU's are not very good. Personally, I would go with something more like this.

Admirable
tiny hard drive? no thank you.
also, were you thinking about running games with the intel integrated GPU? forget about it.
dont buy mini-itx stuff, its just expensive, and ineffective in budget builds. this would make more sense:

I can tell you absolutely didn't fully read and comprehend the OP. They said nothing of gaming. You offered a light gaming rig, when that is not the purpose of this build. They said they didn't need a GPU, for a reason. They are capturing video with the capture card, then streaming that recording. A dedicated GPU is not needed here. There is nothing wrong with Mini-ITX either. As soon as I am able, I am making the switch to Mini-ITX, myself. The G1 series PSU's are lousy. Also your build is about $50 more than listed, due to MIR's.
