Your cpu will be a hard bottleneck, especially since you can't enjoy gpu accelerated physx so if you want to stick with the amd video cards, i would still advise to go for a much more powerful cpu. the fx -8350 is not even comparable to an i7-3xxx and to run 2 graphics card like a 295x2 i think to be happy with the framerates and stability in 4k you will need at least a 4790K and overclock to 4,5Ghz.

btw if i were you i would go with 980sli+i7-4xxx or i7-5xxx
